After studying the market and our competitors, we have compiled a range of options at the lowest possible prices. We are able to offer this service at the cost below by using only our own trained and qualified employees and restricting the number of applicants, concentrating our product within the Aberdeen City limit.

Ensure gas/electricity supplies are isolated
Clean the burner/injector(s)
Clean the pilot/injector
Clean and adjust the ignition component
Clean the flame supervision component
Clean, lubricate and adjust controls

Exclusions

Removing sludge or hard - water scale from boiler/system
Repairing or replacing extended flue
Cosmetic accidental damage or damage caused by a third party
System improvements
Piped or under floor heating
Anything not part of the gas boiler i.e. radiators, hot water cylinder, cold water supply tank
LPG fuelled boiler and dual purpose boilers e.g AGA or RAYBURN
Separate gas heaters providing hot water

Carrying out other remedial works
Descale or repair any damage caused by hard - water scale deposits
